TEFAP Civil Rights Training with Certificate of Completion
The distribution of TEFAP product requires that any agency staff or volunteers that interact with clients, (even 1x volunteers) complete a Civil Rights Training EACH YEAR.

Connecticut Foodshare Partner Programs need to keep a record of when each staff or volunteer completed their training.
1. Complete the training by (English) clicking here (Spanish) clicking here to access the Civil Rights Training for the Emergency Food Assistance Program.
2. Once you have read the training document, please complete this form.
3. Upon completion of this form, a Certificate of Civil Rights Training will be emailed to you as a PDF and the Program Coorindator if you provide their email on this form or you can forward a copy to the appropriate perrson at your organization.
